Our fulfillment operation processes orders 10am - 3pm PST, Monday – Friday.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification and 2-4 for printing & Packing.
Please keep in mind that the efficiency of the various mail carriers we use is out of our control unfortunately.
We will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of products 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in new/unworn condition.

In order to provide you with more choices we have partnered with some awesome vendors and manufacturers for certain products because they can offer a higher value than we can.
As we grow we plan to keep inventory at a warehouse but until we hit a few more milestones this keeps the prices down for you and gives our customers a better final product.
